To Participate in the Ms. Full-Figured U.S.A. National Capital Region Pageant, delegates must meet the following eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Requirements

1. Residency:
   Contestants must either live, work, or attend school in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area or The State of Maryland. Proof of residency, employment, or enrollment may be required.

2. Categories:

   • Ms. Full-Figured U.S.A. National Capital Region: Sizes 12-18, Ages 18-39

   • Ms. Full-Figured U.S.A. National Capital Region PLUS: Sizes 20-26, Ages 18-39

   • Ms. Exquisite Full-Figured U.S.A. National Capital Region: Sizes 12-26, Ages 40-60

3. Size Requirements:

   • Sizes 12 & Up

4. Age Requirements:

   • Ages 18-60

5. Gender Requirement:

   • Contestants must be born female to participate.

6. Citizenship:

   • Contestants must be legal residents or citizens of the United States.

7. Personal Conduct:

   • Contestants are expected to demonstrate good moral character. Any past or present conduct that may bring discredit to the pageant may result in disqualification.

8. Fees:

   • A non-refundable registration/application fee of $50 is required at the time of application.

   • Pageant fees are separate and will be detailed after registration.

9. Event Participation:

   • Contestants must commit to attending rehearsals, workshops, and all official pageant events leading up to the competition.

10. Platform:

    • Contestants should have a personal cause or mission they are passionate about, which they will highlight during their participation. If a contestant does not currently have a platform, that is fine. We will work with contestants on developing their platform.

11. Promotion:

    • Contestants are encouraged to actively promote the pageant through social media and may be required to participate in interviews, photoshoots, and other promotional activities.
